Four-Stroke Engine
In very simple terms, an engine that uses 4 types of strokes on its piston is called a four stroke engine. Here the suction stroke, compression stroke, power stroke, exhaust stroke work in sequence. A four stroke engine has two valves in each cylinder. The piston of this engine moves up and down and the crankshaft rotates twice to mix the air and fuel to produce thermal energy by converting it into mechanical energy to keep the engine running.
